Please note that we provide surface cleaning only. We do not organize, do dishes, or handle laundry. Please do your best to pick up or put away clutter before the team arrives. If left out, the cleaners will do their best to work around it.
If you signed up for recurring service, your first visit is a detailed deep clean to fully refresh your home and get it ready for ongoing maintenance. Because this first visit takes more time and is more thorough than a regular recurring clean, there is a one-time first-time cleaning fee of $129. If you did not sign up for recurring service (you booked a one-time cleaning), this does not apply. One-time cleanings do not include this initial deep clean and do not use this $129 first-time fee.
