How do I cancel or reschedule my service

If you need to change or cancel your service, please call us during normal business hours: 303-652-5800

What if something gets broken?

In the event of an accident, the team will leave the item as-is and alert supervisors. We will then work with you to repair or replace the item, or provide you with a service credit, within limits.

How do I schedule cleaning service?

You can schedule a cleaning service by calling us or booking online.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning service?

We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services and will work with you to address any issues or concerns. If you are not satisfied with the service, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.

What is your cancellation policy for cleaning services?

In the event you need to cancel within 24 hours of service, we assess a $129 cancellation fee.

Our Services

Are there things you do not clean?

We are unable to clean or dispose of any type of bio-hazardous waste such as pet waste, diapers, needles, specimens bottles, or any other medical waste.

Do you offer construction cleaning?

We offer vacuum/dust/damp wipe and general cleaning services. We do not haul off lumber, tarps, nails, etc. We charge hourly for this service, and are happy to do a site visit to assess and provide an estimate.

Do you offer commercial cleaning?

Yes! We offer expertise in small office cleaning. We are not a janitorial service that offers floor stripping, buffing, polishing or power washing. We can provide porter service if needed.

Is there a first-time surcharge

Generally, yes. As this is the first time cleaning your home, we spend extra time to get everything up to our standards. If there are additional charges beyond our standard surcharge, we will communicate those fees ahead of time.

Do you clean windows or carpets?

We clean windows as high as we can reach with a step ladder. For hard-to-reach windows, window exteriors and carpets, we work with a third party.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning, but if you prefer to be, that is fine. Many customers provide a key or garage door opener so we are able to access your home when you aren’t there.

How long will it take to clean my home?

The time required to clean your home depends on its size and the specific services requested. We will provide you with an estimated time of completion when we provide the initial estimate.

Our Staff

Do you do background checks on your staff?

Yes, we do! We take extra time to ensure our staff have a clean record. And we never send a single cleaner to clean your home.

Is your staff trained to clean high-end finishes

Yes they are! We take time to train our staff on all of the materials found in high-end homes such as marble, stainless steel, and exotic woods.

Do your cleaners speak English?

Not all of them. But we do our best to have at least one on each team that speaks and reads at a conversational level.

How many cleaners will clean my home?

At a minimum, 2 people will clean your home. And generally, we work in teams of 2-3 people, depending on the size of your home and the amount of work required.

Will the same team come every time?

Most of the time, yes. And unless we encounter extreme scheduling issues, at least one member of the team will be familiar with your home.

Are all of your cleaners licensed and insured?

Yes, all of our cleaners are licensed and insured, and we conduct background checks on all employees. We also train our employees to the highest standard to ensure the highest level of service.

Our Cleaning Products

Do you use green cleaning products?

Yes we do! We have biodegradable products that are never tested on animals.

Can I request special cleaning products?

Of course. If you have a special request for a specific product that we do not carry, we are happy to use those products. We do ask that you supply the product and leave it out for us on your scheduled day.

Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes! We bring all of our own supplies and equipment. Unless something requires industrial cleaners, we use standard residential cleaning products.

We use an online portal to automatically charge for your services. You can mange your payment methods via your account dashboard. You are also welcome to pay with a check.
